NYS DCI Members Honored with Tour Grant

Since 1992, Drums Along the Mohawk has supported young musicians as they make their dreams come true of marching in Drum Corps International (DCI) with the Drums Along the Mohawk Tour Award. The Tour Award is a grant sponsored by the John Winter Family fund that is given to New York State students who are currently marching in a DCI corps to help pay for their corps' tuition and membership fees. The 39th annual Drums Along the Mohawk will take place at Rome Free Academy Stadium on Turin Street on Sunday, August 6, at 6:30 p.m.

Mandarins - Sacramento, California

Pacific Crest - Diamond Bar, California

Seattle Cascades - Seattle, Washington

Genesis - Austin, Texas

Tickets for the 39th Drums Along the Mohawk are available by calling 315-339-6484, or by visiting Additional outlets include the Rome Area Chamber of Commerce, Rome, Big Apple Music, New Hartford and Remington Federal Credit Union offices in Ilion. The ticket box office at Rome Free Academy Stadium will be open the week leading up to the show from 5:30-8:30 p.m. each night, all day on show day.
